Home Modification (Remodeling and Additions)
Remodeling - Blacksburg TaphouseFrom fraternity house to pub to self-described "Gastro Pub", the building known today as "Blacksburg Taphouse" is one of Old Dominion Developers' higher profile projects. The iconic building on North Main Street in Blacksburg - just a few blocks from downtown - needed a "heavy but fine hand" in its makeover into one of Blacksburg's most popular venues for food, drink & socializing.

Remodeling - The Petite GemOriginally built in 1919, this vintage bungalow received a complete makeover, inside & out! Spacious living room, gorgeous sunken dining room, new kitchen with new appliances, huge island, large pantry & extra large stainless sink. Decorative stair rail leads to fabulous owner's suite upstairs, with study, dual vanities, walk-in shower and unbelievably spacious walk-in closet! A new roof and new deck rounded out the project. No detail was overlooked!
Addition - Living Space and GarageThe owners of this Blacksburg home wanted to add both living space and a two-car garage. Nestled on a peaceful wooded lot with a downward sloping backyard, the home's setting called for special care in building the addition without disturbing the essence of the quiet setting. When completed, Old Dominion Developers added more than 1,000 sq. ft. of living space above the new, roomy two-car garage.
